http://www.interflightstudio.com/#!Side-Table/zoom/c15py/image186t

Our feature artist of the week, is designer Yoshi Yasuda. Yoshi designs modern and contemporary furniture using recycled airplane parts.  His furniture is made with the upmost attention to detail, and yet the furniture itself it so simple, and practical.

Take a look at a few examples below of his work.  You can see how either of these pieces would work well in any modern room decor.  The pieces add an element of unexpected, and industrial shapes.
These pieces of furniture will capture everyone's attention.  When you have a dinner party, your guests will be asking you question after question about this beautiful one of a kind piece.

The Scimitar Propeller Blade sculptures, Aerospace Functional Fine Art Pieces

The Scimitar, aerospace design sculptures are impressive decorative sculptural centerpieces with provenance, stance and appeal, yet with a minimalist footprint, size and decorative fit. The Scimitar is a one of a kind metallic sculptural propeller piece created by engineers, which by a marvelous coincidence of flight physics and efficiency have realized an unbelievable aesthetic and artistic tension.

“Flight Studio brand is fundamentally illuminated by the intelligent, creative, artistic and humanitarian dimensions of flight, as perceived by humans, in all their splendour.

Our clients’ mission is twofold, first to create and deliver unique items that embody the “art of flight” and give a sense of infinite space, time, peace and freedom. And second, to host and nurture an exhibition gallery space to share and sell the pieces both from our own designs and art creations, and from selected fine artists and designers who, like us, are touched and  inspired by the magic of flight as well .

We offer to our clients the opportunity to acquire and collect objects that inspire to be conscious, to look above, beyond and to marvel about flight, and the infinite sky and space around us.

Additionally, and very importantly, we offer to investors and collectors the opportunity of acquiring carefully selected and valuable fine art and design pieces. Acquisition targets are very unique and high quality contemporary art and design objects created by fine designers and artists worldwide.

These pieces are expected to appreciate with time and to bring collectors and investors the pleasure of ownership and quite possibly, handsome returns in relatively market safety and short periods of time”
